iBoff’s founder started his venture during his teenage years in 2010 solving and repairing numerous amount of electrical equipment and major boards involving all types of laptops and computers while pursuing his Engineering Degree. After a few years of analysing, experimenting, restoring dead computers, exploring markets of various computer spare parts, he started to indulge himself in the world of Mac by buying himself a broken MacBook Pro 15-inch 2011: using the last bit of money that he had for scholarship.

From there, he continued his research on the Mac’s GPU related issues and incorporated all his previous experiences in repairing the Mac. The famous Louis Rossmann's channel was one from many of his guide. Ultimately, the broken MacBook was revived.

With that achievement, he established a logic board repair company in 2016 - iBoff Repair & Calibration Centre – a repair company specifically for Apple Macintosh Logic Board, based in Dengkil, Malaysia.  

From 2016 - present, he is still continuing his R&D to debunk the myth and solve hardware limitations posed by Apple.
